Pescadero is going to get some new residents, thanks to a devel- opment that’s under construction just outside the village. Pueblo Pescadero is a neighborhood of 32 lots that sits on 3.75 acres of land, just 10 minutes from Todos Santos and a ve minute walk to the beach. It’s the rst project from Peter Arbuckle and Mark Catania, two Canadians who’ve lived in the Pescadero area for 12 years and nine years, respectively.
