Welcome home, explore our floorplans here. We are building one, two and three bedroom casas. Your casa awaits!
Our prototype designs are based an open concept with generous outdoor terraces providing a balance and flow between indoor and outdoor living areas
Clearing of the land was done mostly by hand instead of heavy machinery, all significant indigenous trees, shrubs and cacti have been retained and will be utilized in final landscaping – where possible this flora has been left in its original location.
Our Pueblo Pescadero casitas have been designed to create affordable recreational homes in an exceptional natural environment
One of the principle tenets of sustainability is to link the built and natural environment with the social and cultural history of the precinct. All Pueblo Pescadero homes will be equipped with a solar component to augment grid power. Waste water will be treated and returned to the gardens, flowers and trees in the common area
Perimeter security will be designed utilizing a robustly planted barrier rather than a solid wall. While not gated, the entrance to Pueblo Pescadero will be manned 24 hours.
Pueblo Pescadero’s Masterplan includes a solar-heated swimming pool and a multi-purpose recreational building which will include a reception area, offices for security, maintenance and the Home Owner’s Association, a multi-use room for meetings or yoga classes and perhaps a small food and beverage facility for daytime meals
