Purchaser’s of a Pueblo Pescadero home will have the option to generate rental income through our affiliated company “Gypsy’s Beach House Rentals”.    “Gypsy’s” has been providing rental, concierge, and property management services for home owners in Pescadero, Cerritos and Todos Santos for the past 5 years.

We utilize the latest web based platforms and advertising vehicles in order to generate rental income on behalf of our clients. Our service level is such that we have returning guests, excellent on-line reviews and a high demand for rental suites in the area.

Gypsy’s will provide home owners worry free management of their property and home along with full rental services while insuring home owners not only comply with but minimize Mexican tax obligations.

Gypsy’s Beach House Rentals – List of Rental Services

Full Rental Service – 25% of rental

  • Manage and pay for advertising services. Airbnb, Gypsy Web site, referrals. VRBO can be added at a cost.
  • Manage all on-line inquiries and vacation rental bookings front to back.
  • Update all calendars with rental bookings and home owners “black out” time slots (owner occupied).
  • Meet and greet vacation rental bookings – Key exchange.
  • Introduce renters to the home and how best to enjoy.
  • Provide renters with “Welcome” package with local favorite dinning & entertainment.
  • Provide client contact number throughout their stay.
  • Provide Check Out – Key exchange – Ask for “friendly” review.
  • All cleaning service to have home rent ready for next guests or owners – Laundry/Cleaning/Restocking.
  • Restock paper products, bath & dish soap, distilled water (if necessary).
  • 100% of rental plus cleaning fee goes to owner. Gypsy’s invoice home owner 25% of total rental + cleaning fee +16% mx IVA.

Gypsy Light Rental Service – 15% of Rental

  • Home owner handles all advertising, on-line rental bookings, collection of money, updates airbnb & Gypsy’s calendars for bookings.
  • Gypsy’s provides meet and greet – Key exchange.
  • Introduce renters to the home and how best to enjoy.
  • Provide renters with “Welcome” package with local favorite dinning/entertainment.
  • Provide contact with client throughout their stay.
  • Provide Check Out – Key exchange – Ask for “friendly” review.
  • Coordinate cleaning service – home rent ready for next guests or owners – Laundry/Cleaning/Restocking.
  • Restock paper products, bath & dish soap, distilled water (if necessary).
  • Home owner receives 100% of rental.
  • Gypsy’s invoice clients 15% of rental + cleaning fee + 16% mx IVA.
